GUIDELINE FOR TRACKING VESSEL MOVEMENT ON ZALO OA SITC VIET NAM

Dear All value customers,
First of all, we would like to express our sincerely thanks for your always supporting to SITC for the time being.
In order to improve the service quality and provide the timely information related to the inbound & outbound movement of vessels; from 1st May, 2024, all information will be announced and daily updated on ZALO OA SITC VIET NAM.
For tracking information, please follow below guideline:
- - Log in Zalo on mobile phone – Search SITC VIET NAM – Click “Follow” button
- - You can track information of Inbound – Outbound vessels and other information on our SITC VIET NAM’s website (sitc.vn)

1. For Outbound vessel movement, below information will be shown:
- - Service Name – Vessel name – Voyage No. – Export Terminal
- - Standard ETD / ETD adjusted
- - Time/Date of estimate/actual arrival time (ATD)
- - Customs declaration sheet closing time (CDs Closing time)
- - Cargo closing time for 20’/40’

2. For Inbound vessel movement, below information will be shown:
- - Service Name – Vessel name – Voyage No. – Export Terminal
- - Standard ETA / ETA adjusted
- - Time/Date of estimate/actual arrival time (ATD)
- - Time to send the Arrival notice, Debit note and to release EDO
The updated vessel movement on Zalo OA will be replaced for sending Delay Notice and Work Plan from now on.
