No REQUIRMENT Deadline from received requirement of customer (working hour)
1 Sending arrival notice (A/N) Within ATA-1 day
2 Sending Debit note ATA-1 day after sending A/N & receiving the confirmation of charge from POL
3 Confirm payment Within 02 hours
4 Release Delivery Order (DO) Within 02 hours
5 Issue Invoice Within 03 days after SITC sending email confirm received full money
6 Discharging inbound cargo from vessel to terminal Within 06 -08 hours after vessel arrive
7 Picking up laden import containers in DINH VU Port, 189 Port, LACH HUYEN Port Within 20 minutes after customer finish all related procedures at ports
