In order to further enhance our service quality and support our valued customers in monitoring your shipments, SITC is pleased to introduce the below after-sales service to provide an even better customer experience:
From 01/03/2025, every Tuesday, SITC will compile statistics and inform you if have any shipments which departure more than 7 days already but have not yet been released.
This notification will helps you: - Better manage your shipments information - Detect errors in a timely manner and minimize risks - Coordinate with sellers/buyers to release shipments on time, avoiding additional container storage fees at the port. SITC is always ready to support and stand by your side in monitoring your shipments.
